HRBIC LTD is looking for a Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior management and handling secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Reports, documents, and presentations must be typed, formatted, and edited.
- Data entry, database maintenance, and record keeping
- Making trip preparations, liaising with internal departments, and answering phones.
- Managing senior management’s internal and external correspondence.
- Making appointments, keeping an event calendar, and sending reminders.
- Documents are copied, scanned, and faxed, and notes are taken.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- The ideal candidate will be intelligent, active, and supportive.
- Preferably a male with a strong personality and focus.
- Ability to carry out any tasks assigned by the CEO with confidence and precision
- Be nice, but firm.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers
- Ability to travel with the CEO as well as alone to specified routes to complete tasks
- The ability to do all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- A year’s experience in a similar or related position is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a comparable field is required.
