At Eni Ghana, we are looking for an Operation Manager Oilfield Ghana within Versalis Ghana in Takoradi, Ghana. You will be responsible for overseeing chemical treatments and associated services for the assigned area.
Therefore, it is required to have a solid knowledge of the district, the necessary treatments, the products Versalis has selected for the treatments and services that need to be performed.
As a member of at Versalis International you will be responsible for:
- Representing Versalis daily: towards the customer/client (Company Man), also to verifying the requirement/need and regularity of the transactions and towards subcontractors.
- Accepting job requests both outside and within the routine plan and validating and draft project reports, coordinating the activity of subcontractors and other corporate resources.
- Answering the project coordinator in Italy who will provide the necessary support.
- Coordinating the intervention of other business resources
- Supporting any issues that may arise, such as during plant start-ups, field trial of new products, assessment of the performance of the chemical treatment as well as the performance of the subcontractors.
