Exciting Career Opportunity at DAI
ROLE: Communications Specialist
The DAI-funded Strengthening Regional Peace and Stability (SRPS) in West Africa Program runs for five years. The program supports West Africans’ efforts to address the risks of instability caused by democratic backsliding and conflict and prioritizes targeted governance, conflict, and violence prevention, peacebuilding, and preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE) interventions throughout the region.
The initiative will work with regional partners and governments who show a commitment to power-sharing and resource redistribution, both of which are critical for decreasing exclusion, violence, and conflict. Across chosen target nations in the Sahel and coastal West Africa, program interventions will address causes of fragility and will focus on good governance methods, conflict prevention and response, and P/CVE activities.
