ROLE: Customer Service & Logistics Specialist
The associate will work with regional procurement to produce purchase requests that are turned into orders for materials and services and preserved in order records. The person will aid Ghana in supply planning. The position will handle customer orders and billing. The post will assist the base manager with warehouse continuous improvement projects and logistics. Processing customer returns and maintaining raw material and finished goods inventory accuracy are also duties.
This person must be able to multitask and focus on KPIs. The employee must follow chemical hazard segregation, red list requirements, life-critical regulations, load integrity standards, and all safety procedures to achieve Goal Zero in the warehouse. The associate will promptly report internal, supplier, and customer quality problems for investigation and resolution.

Main duties and duties
- Follow safety policies to keep employees safe, and support Goal Zero is to improve the plant’s safety, health, and environmental performance, security, and response to public concerns about chemical product design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing, distribution, use, and disposal. Promote safety; Report incidents
- Backs the Quality Improvement Process. In our pursuit of continuous improvement, we plan tactics to assure error-free work by “doing it right the first time” and apply this approach to daily tasks.
- Uses MEA purchasing policies to order services and indirect supplies for the Ghana plant.
- After approval, create chemical purchase orders and control the order tracker.
- Bill customers and process sales orders with 100% data accuracy.
- Helping assess plant performance data and present analytics and KPIs while keeping historical data.
- Recording inbound, outgoing, and other transactional files for regulatory purposes
- Help fix inventory transaction issues.
- visitor site inductions are recorded.
- Cleans sales and purchase orders daily and weekly in ERP.
- Manages inbound and outbound logistics
- Join full physical counts and support cycle counts.
- Liaison for onsite PTW, update red list and follow life-critical procedures, including load securing.

Minimum Education and Experience
- Warehouse, inventory, logistics, and auditing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or comparable discipline
- Good problem-solving and resolution.
- SAP or ERP experience.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Word. Excel files for data analysis and competent PowerPoint presentations are required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presenting, and leadership abilities, including persuasiveness, negotiation, conflict management, and resolution.
- A flexible work style that can handle unanticipated challenges.
- Good judgment and ambiguity tolerance
- High organization, urgency, prioritization, and multitasking.
