ROLE TITLE: Financial Analyst
The Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the FP&A team and the larger financial team. You will play an important role in our monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and driving cross-functional business alignment on a constant basis. Our ideal applicant is a highly analytical, independent thinker who wants to learn how to use data-driven business judgment to advise on crucial financial, commercial, and strategic decisions.
How your day will unfold
- Analyze unit economics, variation causes, and other KPIs to gain insights into business operations.
- Provide assistance with quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and regular budget reviews.
- Analyze commercial activities that have a strategic or financial influence on the company.
- Create objective analysis and methods to allow a rapidly growing technology company to scale efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
- Support multi-functional change programs aimed at improving system, process, and data correctness.
- Collaboration with and communication of company progress to key stakeholders in relation to financial and strategic aims

- Outstanding presentation and communication abilities

- Excel spreadsheets and financial modeling expertise
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles

- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Result-oriented, having a strong desire to keep promises.
- Ability to travel twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks Additional skills you may bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a closely related profession Previous experience in an analytically focused finance or business function Knowledge of Business
- Intelligence reporting, CRM, and ERP systems
