ROLE: Quantity Surveyor

Position Description
We are a well-established organization with diverse business operations at Tema com. 25
We need an energetic self-starter to join our professional team as a Quantity Surveyor due to the increased amount of work in our project divisions and to further expand our position in the Real Estate area.
Responsibilities
- Land, property, and building site physical elements are measured and mapped.
- Identifying the exact position of natural features
- Identifying land elevations, points, and contours Determining property lines and boundaries
- Obtaining extra information about a property from title, survey, and land records
- Install and run instruments.
- Conduct deed and plot research and create composite drawings.
- Run levels for benches and cross-section elevations, as well as topographical surveys.
- Plans should be revised to depict as-built conditions and to aid in quantity calculations.
- As needed, change bed linens and instruct clients.
- Daily operations are under your control.
- Lay out drill shafts, storm drainage, and topo images.
- Using high-precision dual frequency receivers, collect GPS data.
- While solving problems in the field, use a variety of arithmetic and verbal skills.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications or Experience
- EDUCATION: HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying
- EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of surveying experience
SKILLS
- Mathematical abilities and numeracy
- Budgeting and financial management standards and knowledge
- Skills in analysis and critical thinking
- Communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of computers and expertise in appropriate software applications
