Job Title: Engineering Management Officer
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Firstly, Proposing and managing budgets for projects.
- Secondly, Supervising the work of multiple teams.
- Thirdly, Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
- Moreover, Researching and developing designs and products.
- Additionally, Determining the need for training and talent development.
- Then, Hiring contractors and building teams.
- Also, Ensuring products have the support of upper management.
- Finally, Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Avionics, Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License At least 5 years of large aircraft systems engineering design
