Summary

We are searching for a results-driven Sales Force Manager (SFM) with strong selling, negotiating, team management, time management, and organizational abilities. The SFM can anticipate working closely with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) to recruit and manage a team of independent sales agents, commonly known as Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), to achieve established targets

Responsibilities

• Maintain 50 active Direct Sales Representatives.
• Identify and recruit qualified direct sales representatives (DSRs) for the assigned territory.
• Identify and retain high-performing DSRs.
• Manage, direct, and train DSRs; teach DSRs about products, processes, and behavior.
• Lead field training.
• Achieve Connect Customer Activation Targets
• Maximize sales by effectively executing sales strategy, coaching/training DSR, and leadership.
• Maximize the payback rate of sales by training DSR and developing client relationships
• Own territory budget responsibilities
• Plan monthly sales activities and deploy resources efficiently.
• Plan, distribute, and retrieve any field resources upon the expiration of the DSR contract.
• Track and measure budget efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost savings.
• To achieve territorial device and add-on sales.
• Ensure enough quantities of stocks with DSR in the field at all times.
• Anticipate a stock deficit and coordinate gadget shipping with the inventory team.
• Ensure there are no lost stocks.
• Maintain an effective, up-to-date management information system (MIS).
• Gather, coordinate, and disseminate market information, such as competition actions and customer preferences, to ensure effective sales management.
• Communicate HQ information to DSRs.

• 2200–2500 Gross
