POSITION: Personal Assistant
Job Description.
- Reporting to top management and carrying out secretarial and administrative functions.
- Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, managing databases, and keeping records.
- Communicating with internal departments, taking calls, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handling internal and external communications on behalf of top management.
- Setting appointments, keeping an event calendar, and sending reminders.
- Making copies, scanning, and faxing papers, as well as taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments as needed.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as coordinating mail and courier services.
- Following good business procedures and manners.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be ideal.
- Excellent typing, note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational abilities.
- The ability to handle internal and external correspondence.
- Basic understanding of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Experience with appointment scheduling tools such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
- Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
