Customer Service Executive At AGL Gas
AGL Gas is a Ghanaian-owned company, duly registered to market and distribute LPG and other petroleum products.
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Support Executive will be in charge of the selection of staff in the recruitment process and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers. A customer support executive must possess a good record of successful customer service and management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coping with a crew of representatives providing customer support.
- Overseeing the customer support method.
- Resolving consumer problems delivered for your attention.
- Developing rules and methods.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Recruiting new personnel.
- Engaging in first-rate assurance surveys with clients and supplying remarks to the body of workers.
- Possesses wonderful product expertise to decorate customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant operating environment on your crew.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must possess HND Degree or Professional certification in Business Administration or similar field
- Must be social media and tech-savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service and managing customer accounts
- Must be good in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must have good communication skills.
- Capability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
