The Chief of Party (COP) will be responsible for technical leadership, administrative oversight, and overall coordination of the project. Moreover, The COP will serve as the principal institutional liaison with USAID and key stakeholders. Also, The COP will manage project staff and ensure that the project meets stated goals and reporting requirements, as well as ensure the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of all products and activities generated under the activity.

The Deputy Chief of Party – Operations & Administration (DCOP) works in tandem with the Chief of Party (COP) to provide technical and administrative leadership in the implementation of project activities, to provide financial and quality control for the programme’s technical outputs, and to support the COP in representing the programme on high-level District, region and national level working groups, in donor and Ministry meetings (at the national and sub-national levels), and in other for where the programme’s goals, aims, and investments must be explained.
