Main Duties
- Oversee and arrange office files and paperwork.
- Respond to and route phone calls and emails to the Directors.
- Organize meetings and manage schedules.
- Help in the creation of reports and their arrangement for review and oversight by sub-recipients.
- Coordinate with field project officers to guarantee effective operations.
- Procure office materials and oversee stock levels.
- Offer overall administrative assistance to the team.
Necessary Skills or Experience
- Strong skills in organization and managing time effectively.
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Must reside in the vicinity of Madina, Adenta, and Oyarifa regions. Females are favored.
- Senior Secondary School Diploma or tertiary certificate (HND, Diploma, or Degree)
