- Location: Adenta Accra
- Company: Cool Guy AC Solutions
- Remuneration: GHC 1,500 monthly (two-month trial period)? GHC 5,000 per month contingent on achieving targets.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a vibrant Sales and Marketing Officer who possesses robust graphic design abilities. You will take charge of creating promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.), overseeing and enhancing our online visibility, and directly impacting sales growth.
Duties:
- Create promotional materials (brochures, social media advertisements, banners, etc.)
- Oversee social media profiles and execute successful campaigns
- Boost customer interaction and conversions via digital platforms.
- Propel monthly sales to achieve set objectives
- Utilize Excel to manage performance reports
- Recognize marketing prospects and trends
- Skilled in graphic design programs (Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, etc.)
- Outstanding proficiency in social media platforms
- Robust background in sales and marketing
- Should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Motivated and possesses strong time management abilities
Remuneration & Performance Standards:
- GHC 1,500 per month throughout the probation period (2 months)
- Post-probation: GHC 5,000/month if monthly objectives are consistently achieved
- An Honors Degree (like First Class or Second Upper) is an Advantage
- Should produce at least GHC 30,000 in direct sales each month.
- Tracking of performance and time needed
- Ongoing employment relies on achieving KPIs and preventing inefficiencies.
