A reputable company with its head office situated in Kumasi (Ashanti Region) is seeking to hire dedicated and hardworking professionals for the following positions: Chartered Accountant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Reconcile income statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Control the master data of the general register.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Manage the full financial process.
- Prepare an expense budget report.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Completion of Articles.
- Registration with accredited statutory body and association.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.
- Filing of corporate tax returns. Experience in providing financial advice.
- Pass a series of demanding accredited exams in financial management, auditing, business strategy and taxation, after a minimum of three years training
- Relevant work experience across a wide range of clients and industries approved by their professional body
- Undertake professional development training every year to keep their skills and knowledge up to date
- Adhere to professional standards, including holding professional indemnity insurance and have regular reviews of their work
- Comply with a Code of Ethics and the principles of Integrity, Objectivity.
- Professional competence and due care, Confidentiality and Professional Behavior.
Accountants Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- High numeracy/analytical skills
- Regulatory and legal knowledge Three years Business experience
- Working under time pressure and meeting deadlines Leadership and communication
- Tech savvy
