POSITION: General Manager
Our client is a well-known name in the hospitality services business.
Scope
The General Manager will manage and supervise business operations such as Human Resources, Finance, and Communication, as well as develop and manage business possibilities, generate leads, and manage the organization to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Principal Responsibilities
- Create a strategy plan for increased productivity.
- Follow the company’s excellence and quality standards.
- Oversee daily operations, assign weekly performance targets, and guarantee completion and achievement.
- Ensure the observance of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
- Examine and improve organizational effectiveness by designing processes, supervising personnel, creating a highly motivating work environment, and adopting novel improvements.
- Develop new business partnerships to identify prospects for expansion and growth.
- Create business leads and prospects for customers.
- Give advice and feedback to others in order to help them improve specific knowledge or skills.
- Recruit, onboard, and educate high-performing personnel to meet sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Budgetary and resource allocation strategies must be developed, implemented, and maintained.
- Prospect for new clients and meet a minimum monthly revenue target of $40,000 across all businesses.
- Resolve internal staff conflicts in an effective and mutually beneficial manner.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned based on the needs of the business.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar branch of study is required.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a similar or equal capacity
- Extensive knowledge of the hospitality, property, and facility management industries.
- Strong management and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding organizational, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- The ability to pay close attention to details.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and delegation abilities.
- Working understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
