POSITION: Lead Referral Agent
Do you have a strong enthusiasm for books, self-improvement, and assisting authors in gaining the recognition they merit? Bridof Media is looking for passionate and driven individuals to become part of our team as Lead Referral Agents.
This is a commission-driven position perfect for an individual who loves networking, understands the impact of social media, and seeks to generate additional income by linking authors, speakers, and coaches to our flagship service—Facebook for Authors.
Duties:
- Contact authors, speakers, and coaches who may gain from Facebook advertising.
- Distribute our portfolio, brochures, and case studies (supplied during onboarding)
- Submit leads via a straightforward Google Form.
- Assist in addressing initial inquiries and direct them to schedule a service.
- Reach out to prospective clients to promote conversion.
What You’ll Receive:
- Commission for every finalized agreement (disbursed once the client makes the payment)
- Incentive and raised commission for closing 3–5 deals monthly.
- Availability of marketing resources, onboarding tools, and WhatsApp assistance.
- Chance to develop alongside Bridof Media as we broaden our reach throughout Africa and further.
Who We Seek:
- A person who is passionate about books or has an interest in the literary field.
- A self-assured communicator (both online and in person)
- Driven, truthful, and enthusiastic to acquire knowledge
- Experience in sales is beneficial, but not necessary.
- Should be located in Ghana or possess knowledge of the local market.
