JOB TITLE: Sales Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Present, promote, and sell agricultural machines to existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and recover debt on time.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and prospective clients to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive clients relationships.
- Maximize clients’ satisfaction by performing efficiently to the resolution of clients’ problems and complaints.
- Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Related duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Must be of proven good character.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive preferably in Combine Harvesters and Tractors.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical acumen and ability to pay attention to details.
- Ability to safeguard confidential information.
- BSc/BA degree.
