Aqua Safari Resort Job Opportunities
We are looking for an adaptable HR Manager to handle all facets of the resort’s human resource procedures and operations and an independent internal auditor to add value and improve our operations by providing a systematic and disciplined approach to risk management and governance process effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a similar discipline;
- professional certification and membership in a recognized professional organisation (CIHRM); and so on.
- An MBA will be advantageous.
- A minimum of three years of work experience.
- Prior experience in the hotel business will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Advanced computer application skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Professional certification and membership in a recognized professional body (CIA, ACCA, ICAG, CIMA, CPA, and so on).
- An MBA in Accounting or Finance would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable job.
- Prior experience in the hotel business will be advantageous.
