ROLE: Facility Supervisor – Hard Services
Alpha Mead Group is a Total Real Estate Solutions Company that was founded to provide strong business support services to local and international real estate investors and owners with interests in Facilities Management, Real Estate Development and Advisory, Security Systems and Technologies, Training, Healthcare Management, and Real Estate Financing Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
- Collaborate with the facility management to conduct MBWA on the facility.
- Provide thought leadership on all F.M. service delivery and function as a service delivery subject matter expert for a whole FM offer.
- Driving service excellence through service delivery and innovation while adhering to health, safety, and sustainability standards
- Ensure that PPMs are carried out and properly coordinated.
- On-site supervision and facilitation of toolbox meetings
- Supervise the upkeep and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as the employment of contractors for large projects.
- Supervise the processes of the water and sewage treatment plants to maintain proper hygiene.
- Equipment and machinery are being checked to verify that they are in good operating order.
- Manage the facility’s unscheduled maintenance, repair, and recovery as needed in the least amount of time.
- Follow up on timeframes to ensure that routine maintenance, such as generator and elevator servicing, is provided.
- Adopt energy-saving measures such as turning off lights and equipment, utilizing inverters to the firm’s advantage, and looking for alternative energy-saving possibilities.
- Assist and arrange internal office and furniture relocations.
- Work with the Facility Manager on special projects such as office building and refurbishment, as well as vendor bidding processes.
- Manage and ensure that all branches’ offices are fumigated on a regular basis.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Facility Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Estate Management, Engineering, or a related profession.
- A minimum of three years experience as a Facility Officer in a Facility Management Company is required.
- Knowledge of Facility Management Enabled Software will be beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Core Attributes
- Willingness to take the initiative and participate, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Process-oriented and detail-oriented
- Flexible approach and capacity to operate under pressure, as well as organize and manage
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Show characteristics of an Alpha Mead Work in new ways: aim for impact, take initiative, collaborate openly, and innovate courageously.
