Administrator – CEO’s Secretariat

The Administrator – CEO’s Secretariat will effectively coordinate activities at the workplace of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ensuring high quality and errors free output and the control of the CEO’s Sec. The job holder shall additionally conduct research and prepare personal reports as and while required and make sure of excellent service delivery.

Required Education and Experience Profile

The Administrator – CEO’s Secretariat should possess the following:

  • Minimum First degree in business administration or related direction
  • A minimum of 4 (four) years applicable experience in a similar role
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting required
  • Attention to detail and properly prepared
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and trouble-fixing capabilities
  • Ability to control and execute more than one duty
  • Interpersonal & communication abilities (Written and Oral)
