ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an ActionAid affiliate, is looking for an experienced and self-motivated candidate to fill the post of Programme Manager.
- Position: Programme Manager
- Salary: Based on ActionAid Ghana’s Salary Structure (SM4).
- Location: Zebilla, Upper East Region.
- Job Details: This is a three-year renewable employment contract with national terms and conditions.
Role Overview:
As Programme Manager for the Upper East Regional Programme, you will ensure consistent application of standards that link local rights abuses to national and international human rights. You will connect strategic initiatives with grassroots programs, campaigns, and fundraising efforts. In addition, you will support partner institutions and manage the region’s people and resources to guarantee optimal value for money, benefit, and effect of AAG activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2nd degree and at least 5 years of experience.
