Accountant at Orkin Ghana
We’re looking for Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Help put together bank statements
- Making sure that all legal requirements are strictly followed; filing legal documents, such as PAYE, SSNIT, etc.
- Processing funds, putting together quotes, and making payments.
- Keeping correct financial records that show how the company really stands.
- Keeping an eye out when collecting debts
- Taking care of the company’s payroll by making sure wages and salaries are paid on time.
- Billing quickly
- Reconciling the cash book with the bank
- As a member of the tender committee, you can help make choices about how to buy things.
- Keep the small cash float in line with the company’s policies.
- Payment of all office bills on time
Skills or Experience Needed
- First degree in accounting or a related field; at least three years of work experience in a similar position; good knowledge of how accounting works.
- A good knowledge of Ghana’s GRA rules
- Ability to do more than one thing at once. Good grasp of the English language.
- Being able to work under stress
- Depending on qualifications and experience, the pay range is very attractive.
