POSITION: Digital Marketer

Summary of Job
We seek a creative and tech-oriented Digital Marketer with excellent graphic design and video editing abilities to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. You will be tasked with creating and implementing effective campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content generation, while also producing appealing visuals and videos to highlight our products.
Bonus: Familiarity with website design and development** (Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce) is an advantage, as you will assist in enhancing our online store for conversions.
Main Duties
Marketing and Advertising in the Digital Realm
- Create and implement results-focused digital marketing plans to boost traffic, generate leads, and enhance sales.
- Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting initiatives emphasizing high-conversion keywords (e.g., “top security camera,” “intelligent floodlight”). Featured positions
- Enhance SEO (on-page, technical, and backlink tactics) to improve rankings for product-related queries.
- Utilize social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to enhance interaction and increase brand visibility.
- Utilize email marketing (cart abandonment sequences, promotional offers, newsletters) to encourage repeat purchases.
Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Design captivating graphics (banners, advertisements, infographics) with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Edit demo videos for products, tutorials, and promotional clips (utilizing InShot, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or others).
- Create social media graphics, GIFs, and brief videos tailored for every platform.
- Maintain uniformity of the brand throughout all promotional materials.
Website Enhancement (Beneficial Skill)
- Support in creating landing page designs and A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
- Fundamental skills in Shopify/WooCommerce/WordPress to refresh product pages, blogs, and user experience elements.
- Resolve minor website problems and work with developers on more significant updates.
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) utilizing Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Hotjar.
- Create monthly performance reports and recommend data-informed improvements.
Essential Skills & Credentials
Essential:
- Over 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce, electronics, or home security sectors.
- Proficient in graphic design (Canva/Adobe software).
- Skilled in video editing (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or comparable).
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Analytical perspective with expertise in Google Analytics and data analysis capabilities.
