POSITION: Analytics and Reporting Specialist
Objective of the Position:
- Offer focused relationship management to a group of valued clients.
- To improve business growth by achieving sales and service goals.
- To offer specialized assistance and guidance to both Internal and External clients.
Main Duties
- Accountable for marketing the organization’s lending and investment offerings.
- Organize calls with potential leads, arrange and ensure follow-up on conversations with leads and existing clients.
- Tasked with delivering crucial information and guidance to your clients, helping them reach their professional and personal goals by providing time-saving solutions and added value services.
- Actively recognize and address servicing opportunities for your customer portfolio.
- Effectively handle the resolution of all atypical inquiries and issues for your group of clients.
- Coordinate with the Credit Risk Department regarding customer borrowing applications, account oversight, and upkeep.
- Strive to consistently provide outstanding Customer Service to your group of clients.

Key Requirements
- An undergraduate degree.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a comparable position.
