POSITION: Account Personnel

Position Overview 

We are looking for skilled and driven people to grow our business. The ideal applicant must thrive in a high-pressure setting and be prepared to consistently deliver top-notch outcomes.

Duties

• Engage with clients to foster and sustain enduring client connections.
• Handle client expectations by fully detailing the process, recognizing and addressing challenges, and setting up clear communication channels.
• Promote, sell, and support clients’ projects while negotiating for future opportunities.
• Supply comprehensive project details to engineers and construction managers for utilization in project planning.
• Develop budget proposals and estimates considering labor, materials, time, and subcontractor expenses.
• Establish and manage customer communication channels.
• Implement sales and marketing tactics.
• Create and manage project oversight.
• Stay updated on changes in the region, sector, and rival actions.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and Higher National Diploma in Accounting or a related area \
• Possessing a professional certification in ACCA or ICAN will be beneficial.
• Must be skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office and applicable accounting programs.
• Self-motivated person capable of functioning with little oversight.
• Effective communication abilities, both spoken and written
• Thorough understanding of optimal financial management practices.
• Capacity to uphold the utmost levels of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• The capacity to handle multiple tasks and perform effectively under stress
• Focus on precision with a strong emphasis on details.
• Skills in analysis and problem resolution
