Position Summary
Neizer Prime Ltd., a company specializing in consumer goods, personal care, and services based in Sowutuom – Accra, is looking for a committed and sales-oriented individual to lead the PLASENCE brand team as a Marketing/Sales Manager. PLASENCE introduced its range of female sanitary pads in January 2024 and is gradually gaining market momentum. PLASENCE was established to enhance the comfort and well-being of individuals by offering convenient, remarkable health and wellness products that encourage proper hygiene.
About the Position:
The Marketing/Sales Manager will report to the CEO/Head of Operations and will manage all elements of marketing and sales for personal hygiene products. The Sales Manager will oversee product marketing and sales efforts to meet achievable sales targets while fostering connections with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. The candidate must be able to create marketing and sales strategies focused on revenue and oversee the distribution of products and sales channels from generating leads to closing deals.
Main Duties:
- Create and implement plans to boost business in both new and current markets,
- Establish and sustain enduring connections with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- To meet customers’ quality requirements, you will work with the team to create new products and services that address market needs.
- Collaborate closely with management, logistics, and finance departments to guarantee timely deliveries, smooth payment transactions, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on competitor actions, market segment trends, and customer needs to guide product and service creation.
Required Skills or Experience
- A qualification/ background in Sales and Marketing
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales position or something similar.
- Robust business and entrepreneurial abilities
- Robust negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
- Effective leadership and coordination abilities
- Capability to operate in a high-speed setting.
- Capability to connect within the sector
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
