POSITION: Fleet Management Officer

Position Summary 

Multipro Ghana is looking for a meticulous and proactive Fleet Management Officer to assist with the operations of the Indomie Express team. This position necessitates efficient organization of vehicle operations, overseeing fuel and transport information, and handling freight orders within SAP. The perfect applicant should have robust analytical abilities, experience in field coordination, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations.

Duties

• Oversee the generation and handling of every Freight Order within the SAP Transport Management (TM) module.
• Help track daily fuel usage and vehicle movement to guarantee efficiency.
• Collaborate with service providers and workshops to guarantee prompt return and availability of vehicles.
• Offer daily reports on vehicle availability, unavailability, and maintenance status.
• Coordinate with the Transport and Finance teams to guarantee immediate documentation and scheduling of all expenses related to vehicles.
• Oversee FTN (Fleet Tracking Number) entries for every driver, guaranteeing prompt and precise data input.
• Keep current records of fleet operations and produce regular reports for management evaluation.
• Encourage ongoing enhancements in fleet efficiency and expense control.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• 2–4 years of applicable experience in logistics or fleet operations.
• Excellent computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and word processing.
• Familiarity with SAP TM or comparable ERP systems is beneficial.
• Outstanding coordination, reporting, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capacity for lateral thinking and effectiveness when working under pressure.
