POSITION: Training Manager

Job Role Summary:

• Plan departmental/functional training budgets, anticipate expenses, and delegate numbers in accordance with organizational planning and budgeting procedures.
• In conjunction with department heads, analyze the appropriate training needs for staff individuals and organizations, including the associated assessment techniques and measurement systems.
• Stay updated about the relevant skill and qualification levels required by employees for effective performance, and distribute requirements and relevant information to the organization as needed.
• Create organizational strategies and plans to address training and development needs, as well as oversee training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as needed.
• Create the appropriate training courses and programs, or outsource this task to third-party suppliers.
• Organize training venues, logistics, transportation, and accommodations as needed to ensure effective training attendance and delivery.
• Personalize and deliver training courses as needed to supplement those given outside or internally by others.
• Recruit, manage, and develop direct report employees (if applicable).
• Ensure that all training activities and materials comply with applicable organizational and statutory regulations, such as health and safety, employment, and equality laws.

Requirements:

• Capable of inspiring and leading others to attain tough goals.
• Confident, eloquent, and clear communication abilities with personnel at all levels.
• Establish positive working ties with colleagues and other internal divisions. Always motivated and cheerful.
• Confident public speaker with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email.
• Numerically and grammatically correct.
• Understanding of the learning needs analysis.
• Development of training programs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere that requires a high level of flexibility while maintaining business discipline.
• Previous experience managing training in the Fast Moving Consumable Goods market.
• Previous experience leading a team and dealing with several departments.
• Experience in managing and implementing innovative projects.
• Previous experience managing target-driven sales teams.
