POSITION: Sustainability Sector Manager

About the Position
The Sustainability Sector Manager will guide a team of technical officers and coaches to directly execute sustainability initiatives within our cocoa supply chain. Steering our company’s digital transformation and innovations in your daily tasks. The sector manager will act as a link between the field and headquarters and will report to the Operations Manager.
Main Duties
- Oversee all program activities within the assigned area.
- Oversee technical personnel and trainers.
- Oversee the implementation of all KPIs (Certification/ Client Program)
- Management of Stakeholders
- Make sure that all activities adhere to SOPs.
- Oversight and Documentation of activities
- Guarantee that all farms are mapped and every farmer is digitally onboarded.
About You
- Bachelor of Science. Agriculture, natural resource management, or a related area (Master’s preferred)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Skill to organize, coordinate, and lead various teams to attain outcomes.
- Strong leadership capabilities complemented by effective people management skills, along with abilities in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ready to travel 80% of the time and open to relocation and transfer to any of our operational regions.
- Important insights on sustainability within the cocoa industry.
- Proficient in English; familiarity with Twi, an advantage.
- Must possess the ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
