Position Summary
This position is tasked with creating a distribution strategy to achieve sales goals. The individual is solely responsible for attaining outcomes through others for durations of up to one year.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of a group of 15 Financial Advisors certified by NIC (National Insurance Commission).
- Hire and oversee the performance of Financial Advisors to achieve the established targets and key objectives outlined for the month.
- Create and formulate innovative strategies to inspire Financial Advisors towards achieving Peak Performance.
- Hold monthly refresher training sessions on products and pertinent topics to enhance the skill set of financial advisors.
- Assist underperforming Advisors via the Performance Review Process (PRP) and attend team meetings alongside the Branch or Area Sales Manager to enhance performance.
- Investigate and cultivate additional commercial workplace markets while creating strategies for weekly entry into them.
- Review and endorse by signing all proposal forms to guarantee they are thoroughly and correctly filled out for data collection.
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports to comply with reporting standards.
- Maintaining an error rate of 2% or lower for the team on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Recognizes and generates aligned sales prospects.
- Accountable for establishing external connections and developing relationships with crucial influencers.
- Guarantees adherence to processes and procedures to reduce business risk.
