Tramigo, a Finland based company is seeking to engage experienced IoT Connectivity Specialist to manage Tramigo’s IoT connectivity back-end operations on a daily basis.
Main responsibilities/ required skills and experience:
- Firstly, Configuration on Tramigo IoT SIM management platform.
- Secondly, Troubleshooting of failed Connectivity services.
- Thirdly, Generate and analyze statistics; improve the devices settings based on the data analyzed
- Then, Generate and update educational documents for internal and external purposes.
- Lastly, Improvement of existing processes.
Job Requirements:
- Proactive problem solving
- Clear communication in English
- Then, 1-year relevant experience in Telecommunications
- SS7, DIAMETER knowledge
- Roaming call flow knowledge
- Finally, Any associated skill/knowledge with eUICC SIM management is an added advantage.
