POSITION: Associate Valuer
Property Datahub Limited is a prominent valuation company committed to providing top-notch property insights and solutions. We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Associate Valuer to become part of our energetic team. The successful applicant will support property valuations, property management, mortgage requests, due diligence, feasibility analyses, and additional tasks.
Main Duties:
- Help with property assessments for different reasons, such as mortgage, sales, and investment evaluation.
- Assistance with property management duties, guaranteeing precise documentation and adherence to regulations.
- Assist in the creation of mortgage applications and associated documentation.
- Perform due diligence and feasibility analyses to guide client choices.
- Work together with experienced valuers and other team members on different valuation and property-related initiatives.
Essential Specifications:
- A qualification in Real Estate, Property Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Fundamental knowledge of property appraisal concepts and methods.
- Exceptional focus on details and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of functioning both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Having prior experience in a comparable position is beneficial, but not mandatory.
