ABOUT THE JOB
DONE BY US, a consultancy and investment company based in Ghana is seeking an Associate to join our team of young and experienced consultants. Whether you’ve just graduated or have years of experience, this is a firm where you can learn and grow.
As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers and innovators, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. In your role as an Associate you will work closely with our Consultants and Senior Advisors to deliver complex solutions.
You will
- Develop strategic documents and write reports
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate projects
- Collaborate with team members to advise on areas relating to services that we provide
- Assist in development and implementation of new strategies, policies, and capabilities
- Contribute to the maintenance of high quality client relationships by producing exceptional deliverables for clients
- Be responsible for client acquisition through marketing and selling the company’s products and services,/li>
- Be called upon to perform other tasks depending on specific skill sets and experience
- Develop and recommend new products and services for consideration by executive management
- Undertake research and development activities
You will possess
- At least 3 years of working experience in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Finance or other related areas
- A first degree in Arts, Science, or related field
- Experience with working with clients in a dynamic environment
- Business principles knowledge
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communications skills, report writing and documentation skills
- A professional appearance
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media management and basic graphic design skills

Work Schedule
You will be based in Accra, Ghana. We operate a remote-first working approach. Working remotely is our default way of working. We have co-working spaces available in Accra for collaboration and connection and for the use of those who value and want to work out of an office. Where you will work from will be subject to change based on the firm’s discretion, and your ability to access a reliable connection and are set up to work remotely.
