CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

Customer Operations makes sure our products are available online and in stores so that customers have a great experience. The department connects the needs for products and services within the organization using digital tools. It helps predict what is needed, keeps inventory in check, improves customer service, lowers shipping costs, and streamlines the process from taking orders to receiving payment.

Job Purpose

The main goal of this job is to keep customers happy by talking to them and working together with them. This involves checking how they feel about everything from placing their order to receiving it and returning it. The purpose of this job is to watch and gather information that can help improve rules for both the company and its customers. This will make processes more efficient and focused on saving money, improving service, and managing cash better. It also involves helping people find jobs.

The job is to make sure we meet customer service standards and goals, like how quickly we fill orders, how often we get things done right, and other important measures that help us work better for both our customers and the company. CX specialists work to improve automation and help carry out joint business plans by making processes smoother and more efficient.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contact person for any problems in supply chain operations so that we can take focused actions.
  • Take care of the connections with important leaders at the customer’s company and also with our own CD Teams.
  • Better customer service numbers and goals (like how quickly we send out items, overtime hours, and fewer claims).
  • Make customer accounts and handle changes in Creta.
  • Better teamwork with customers by having different meetings, like weekly meetings and joint business planning sessions.
  • Make sure all customer interactions in Ghana for the Order to Cash process (like orders, deliveries, returns, and issues with payments) are handled in one place. Address any problems to meet our service goals and ensure we receive payments on time.
  • Improving how we handle customer-related tasks like delivery routes and ordering habits by taking the lead on projects and working with customers and team members to make things better.
  • Carrying out plans to make logistics work better and save money, pointing out areas that can be improved.
  • Giving the customer information about how well things are running based on data analysis and suggesting new rules or changes to existing rules. This includes sharing these findings in different group meetings.
  • Handling recalls (helping with shipping communication, keeping track of amounts and costs).
  • Change alerts (updates and messages to customers) about things like prices or product details.

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Relevant Tertiary Education or useful work experience.
