Warc Africa Calls For Job Applications

POSITION: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Company Overview

At Warc Africa, we envision a future where Africa not only feeds the world but also empowers its farmers to become custodians of the land. Our mission is clear: to lift farmers out of poverty through regenerative farming practices.

So far, we have made a positive impact on the lives of over 100,000 individuals, enhancing their income and improving their livelihoods. Our rapid expansion has generated thousands of rural jobs and facilitated the transportation of tens of thousands of tons of crops that serve as food for our nation.

However, this is just the beginning. Our vision extends beyond Ghana to West Africa and sub-Saharan Africa, where we aim to empower one million farmers to generate hundreds of millions of dollars while becoming champions for climate resilience. We have laid the groundwork and are now seeking passionate individuals to join us on this transformative journey.

Founded on practical experience, Warc Africa has developed into a diverse team of 250 full-time members hailing from 16 different countries. In Ghana’s Upper West Region, we currently serve over 22,000 farmers and have expanded our presence into Sierra Leone, with ambitions across the continent. Our 100 female-run Trading Hubs place us closer to farmers than anyone else, enabling us to tackle challenges related to productive inputs, knowledge, and market access. We are now primed to revolutionize how we support farmers across Africa.
