Job Description

This is a full-time job for a Business Manager at Abeyie Leadership Group in Accra. You need to work at the office every day.

The Business Manager will take care of daily tasks, create plans for the business, handle the money, and lead a team. The Business Manager will also work closely with important people to help the business grow and stay successful. This job needs you to be creative and good with technology and new ideas.

Duties:

• Makes sure other workers are doing their jobs.
• Recruits, teaches and assesses new workers.
• Makes sure that a company or department is doing well and will reach its money goals.
• Reports to other leaders or the owner directly.
• Leads team or group leaders.
• Encourages employees with rewards and praise.
• Creates and puts into action budgets.
• Makes reports for the management.
• Makes sure workers have what they need to do their jobs.
• Improves job skills by taking courses, reading work-related articles, and joining professional groups.
• Achieves the organization’s goals by taking responsibility for new tasks and looking for ways to improve work results.

Requirements

• Skills in creating business plans, managing budgets, and leading a team.
• Great at analyzing things and finding solutions.
• Good at talking and connecting with people.
• Understanding money and knowing how businesses work.
• Skills for managing projects and making choices.
• The skill to work well with others in a group.
• Experience in leading or managing a business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a similar area.
