POSITION: Front Desk / Receptionist

Job Description
Sunrise Cave is seeking to recruit a Front Desk / Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude when greeting clients and guests.
- Helping clients make their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as needed.
- Helping to maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as needed, as well as keeping visitor logs.
- Assisting with various administrative activities such as copying, faxing, taking notes, and making trip arrangements.
- Setting up meetings and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner and forwarding calls as needed.
- Helping colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening telephone calls.
- Mail sorting and distribution.
- Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative staff.
- Offer exceptional client service.
- Schedule appointments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Female applicants with relevant degrees are preferred.
- Living in Adenta, Oyibi, and its vicinity will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computing and social media management skills
- Creative and tech-savvy
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Demonstrated expertise in customer relations
Location: Oyibi, near Bottle Events.
