POSITION: SQL Developer
Data is everywhere. Data is vital to our customers. We need their information in our systems. That is where you come in. We are now looking for an SQL developer to design and build ETL processes to integrate customer data into our products. We are searching for someone who is passionate about data, and who appreciates looking at and examining new data sets, as well as comprehending the stories they reveal. Your primary task will be to apply your SQL knowledge to feed data from various sources into our systems.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Design, create, and implement ETL processes for extracting data from various sources, transforming it to meet business requirements, and loading it into databases.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to understand data requirements and develop procedures.
- Carry out data evaluations and migrations for customers allocated to you.
- Create complicated SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to alter and cleanse data during the ETL process as per the client’s specifications.
- Optimize ETL procedures for performance, scalability, and dependability, resulting in effective data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Thoroughly test and validate ETL processes to verify their accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and address issues with data quality, performance, and ETL difficulties in a timely manner.
- Document ETL methods, data mappings, and technical specifications to improve knowledge sharing and maintainability.
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- Strong familiarity with ETL and database technologies.
- In comprehensive familiarity with MS SQL Server, including SQL Server Management Studio. Superior SQL expertise (stored procedures, user-defined functions, etc.) and a thorough understanding of database structure
- Familiarity with an IDE and version control management technology, particularly Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or Git
- Understanding of various SQL/NoSQL data storing techniques.
- Nice to have an understanding of scripting and programming, such as SQL, shell scripting, or Python.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing product and respond strategically to consumer needs while working in a fast-paced setting.
- Ideal candidates may possess one or more of the following:
- Paralegal or similar legal expertise
- C# prior programming experience
