POSITION: Senior Business Project ManagerÂ
Qace Property Firm Ltd is a real estate, building construction, land and home acquisition, raw material provider, and heavy equipment rental firm based in Accra and Takoradi, Ghana. We try to provide our clients with great projects and services by prioritizing quality and creativity.
Qace Property Company Ltd in Accra is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work full-time on-site. The Senior Project Manager will be in charge of accelerating project timeframes, coordinating inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring efficient project delivery from start to finish.
Role Description
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Plan, develop, and manage Prop-Tech SaaS and Media projects.
- Ensure projects comply with budget, time, and scope.
- Creates and revises proposals for assigned projects, including objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timeframes, funding, and staffing.
- Track project progress, establish deadlines, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Leads technical research by analyzing organizational objectives, strategies, practices, and user initiatives.
- Manage everyday business activities.
- Create and implement a growth strategy.
- Providing training for lower-level staff.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Increasing revenue and hiring people.
- Evaluate performance and productivity.
- Analyze accounting and financial data.
- Researching and discovering growth prospects.
- Create reports and deliver presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in business administration or similar.
- Good working experience in a variety of business areas (real estate, media, and SaaS).
- 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the real estate or IT industries.
- Strong leadership characteristics.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Proactive nature
