POSITION: Area Manager

Position Overview
The Area Manager will monitor the daily operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction at filling stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities in allocated clusters, ensuring that operational strategies are efficiently implemented.
- Staff Management: Oversee and mentor station supervisors and employees.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance methods to maintain service standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Health and Safety Management: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment and respond to accidents when they occur.
- Reporting and documentation: Create and submit frequent performance reports to senior management. Keep precise records of all cluster operations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, health and safety, or a closely connected discipline.
- Candidates must be 30 or older.
- Proven leadership and management experience, including an understanding of stock management, sales techniques, and HSSEQ laws.
