POSITION: LEAD – Field Engineer

Join our team of field engineers.

Our Early Career Program for Field Engineers motivates and encourages recent graduates through career development opportunities. This curriculum takes about 36 months to finish and requires you to assist clients in locating and producing energy more efficiently. Program alumni have the foundations to make innovative and important contributions to our future.

Responsibilities

As a Field Engineer, you will be the primary liaison between our on-site personnel and the client. You will work technically and professionally, managing crews to assure correct equipment installation, maintenance, and startup, as well as worksite services that surpass client expectations. By making inventive essential contributions to our future, you will also help to ensure that our clients receive trustworthy, high-quality service. As an Early Career Program Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with crew members to provide tools and services, as well as communicating with clients and shore-based operations managers.
  • Participating in solving challenging technological problems through hands-on work at the rig site.
  • Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including those to and from the well site.
  • Supporting tenders with data analysis and cost estimations, as well as invoicing activities.
  • Participating in job shadowing opportunities to gain a comprehensive grasp of the industry.

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a related field within the last 36 months.
  • Have obtained a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent).
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English, with great communication abilities.
  • Be legally permitted to work in the nation for which you are applying, without employer sponsorship or time constraints.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, a knack for teamwork, and the capacity to lead people.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, critical thinking, and maths, as well as data analysis and project management ability.
