A first-class diagnostic center situated at the heart of Sunyani, Bono Region, with state-of-the-art technology in providing Laboratory and Pathology, X-Ray, CT scan Endoscopy, ECG, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Routine Health Check-up Services. The Contre requires for immediate employment, the following persons for its operations:

Diagnostic Radiographer/ Diagnostic Sonographer (Full or Part-Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• A minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience
• Undertake radiographic/ sonographic and imaging examinations as required
• Take part in a routine daily inspection of equipment and quality assurance procedures
• Provide high quality and standard service for patients
• Suggest alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary.
• Informing patients about the medical imaging process.
• Using devices such as computer tomography (CT) scanners and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines.
• Performing or directing radiology staff to carry out image-guided, diagnostic procedures.

Qualification and Experience

• BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or BSc Sonography.
• Registered with Allied Health Professions Council, Ghana
• Demonstrate experience of working with a health care team
