Job Description.

We are searching for final-year Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Publishing Studies students in tertiary institutions who are eligible for national service in 2024 to join our consulting team as graduate trainees.

What will you do?

Graphic Design:

• Create eye-catching visuals for social media posts, website content, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity.
• Create infographics, presentations, and other visual aids to accompany consulting projects.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement unique ideas.

Social Media Management:

• Help create and schedule compelling content for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends and data to maximize content performance.
• Please support our online community participation.
• Assist with the conception and execution of social media campaigns.

Required Skill or Experience

• An extensive and diverse e-portfolio of previous designs.
• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and an innate desire for quality.
• Final year. Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record (second class upper or better at graduation).
• Demonstrate innovative, inclusive, and problem-solving leadership or achievements in academic and/or non-academic sectors (debate clubs, youth groups, etc.).
