Job Description
We want to add graduate trainees to our team of consultants who are in their last year of college and are qualified for national service this year.
As a graduate trainee, you’ll work closely with other people in a very entrepreneurial environment. You’ll also help create programs and projects that will change the sector by using our core principles of data, subject knowledge, ideas, and results. You’ll be able to help clients and coworkers, learn from them, challenge them, and be challenged by them, all while staying true to our values of relationships, results, and image.
A typical graduate trainee’s job is to learn from project experts, do study and administrative work, deal with stakeholders, and carry out specific client requests.
What you’ll do
- Work with two to five other consultants on a project team to come up with the best answer and implementation to meet clients’ needs.
- Play a key role in getting information, gathering and presenting data, running analysis, and telling other team members what you’ve found.
- Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, put together clear recommendations from complex information. This takes strong intellectual skills and rigor.
Skills or Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree school in its last year (A good academic record (GPA of 3.0 or higher) in any subject.
- Leadership and/or accomplishments in academic and/or non-academic fields (Debate clubs, youth groups, etc.) that show you are creative, open-minded, and good at fixing problems.
- Strong drive to be an entrepreneur and the desire to make a difference in tough conditions
- Being able to adapt to unexpected conditions and having the courage to accept and bring about change
- Internships or final projects from school are a plus.
