Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our team and help us give clients in different parts of the economy cutting-edge solutions that are based on data. As an Associate, you will work closely with client executives and Zach Levi & Associates colleagues in a very entrepreneurial environment.
You will also help develop sector-changing programs and projects that use our core principles of data, domain knowledge, ideas, and results. You’ll be able to help clients and coworkers, learn from them, challenge them, and be challenged by them, all while staying true to our values of relationships, results, and reputation.
A typical Associate Consultant’s job is to plan strategies for client requests or projects, put those strategies into action by doing the tasks that come out of them, communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and work with team members to reach goals.

How you’ll do it
- Work on a project team with two to five other consultants, leading a different part of the project. Play a key role in finding information, gathering and presenting data, doing analysis, and presenting results to team members and client stakeholders.
- Use both qualitative and quantitative methods to turn complex information into clear conclusions and suggestions
- Work well with teams of different people to find the best solution and get people and organizations to act.
- Effectively communicate with all groups, including senior leaders, in a planned way
- Track the project’s progress and deal with any problems that come up. Be the point of contact and let everyone know what’s going on with the project.
- Taking care of project risks, backup plans, and ways to reduce them
- Make and keep detailed project plans, reports, and documentation.
Skills or Experience Needed
- Master’s degree.
- A great academic record, which includes research modules
- Strong consulting skills, like coming up with creative solutions to problems based on hypotheses, putting together and explaining complicated ideas, thinking strategically, and being good with numbers.
- At least two to three years of work experience in an environment that is fast-paced and focused on results.
- Apps like Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace are known to you.
