POSITION: Facilities Manager
Duties
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all building-related activities, preserving the good state of infrastructure, and ensuring that the facilities are safe and functional.
Job Summary
- Ensuring that facilities comply with government rules, health and security standards, and energy efficiency criteria.
- Planning and coordinating all installation and refurbishment projects.
- Review utility consumption and aim to reduce costs.
- Allocate office space based on needs.
- Coordinating routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
- Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other incidents for supervisors and other appropriate personnel.
Qualifications & Experience
Have a first degree and 2–3 years of experience in facilities management, customer/supplier relationship management, leadership, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
