1. Gardeners
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Maintain and grow the garden to ensure that it matches your individual needs and expectations.
- Basic maintenance tasks include cutting the grass, emptying the bins, managing weeds, and raking leaves.
- Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and other plants.
- Work with hand tools and simple light machinery like plant vehicles and tiny diggers.
- Maintain all gardening equipment and gear.
- Keep your lawn and grounds clean by removing waste and litter.
- Provide advice to management on garden-related issues.
- Provide precise written quotations and reports to management regarding the costs of plants and garden demands.
- Adherence to safety and health regulations will ensure a safe environment for both employees and clients.
2. Painters
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Choosing the appropriate tools and colors for projects.
- Preparing the walls and other surfaces for painting.
- Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants to achieve a long-lasting finish.
- Covering exposed objects and surfaces.
- To mend cracks, use fillers like putty or plaster.
- Purchase paint, brushes, and other supplies.
- Following workplace safety rules.
- Collaboration with other design and construction professionals.
- Keeping the work area and tools clean.
3. Supervisors
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Ensuring that staff who report to you satisfy performance standards.
- Giving directives or orders to inferior personnel.
- Ensure that the workplace is safe, secure, and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving working hours.
- Ensure excellent customer service on all levels.
4. Waiting supervisors
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Greeting customers and directing them to their tables.
- Preparing tables, making sure they’re clean and thoroughly set.
- Maintaining an understanding of the entire menu, daily promotions, and available items.
- Providing consumers with menus, advising them of daily promotions, and accepting orders.
- Checking the quality of dishes before serving them.
