POSITIONS: Client Service Officer (Loan Officer)

Job Description.
Branch locations include Adenta, Koforidua, Asamankese, Nkwanta, and Hohoe.Swedru branches include Cape Coast, Takoradi, Tarkwa, Obuasi, Dunkwa, Twifo, and Assin. Kumasi Branch, Techiman Branch, Sunyani Branch, and Tepa Branch. Tamale, Damongo, Wa, and Bolga branches
Purpose
Serve as a liaison between VISIONFUND GHANA and clients, identifying needs, promoting VISIONFUND GHANA products, disbursing and repaying loans, and monitoring clients’ enterprises.
Duties And Responsibilities
- To evaluate the viability of prospective borrowers’ enterprises and offer suggestions for providing micro loans.
- Ensure that clients meet all pre and post draw-down requirements prior to and following loan issuance.
- Facilitate the timely disbursement of loans to clients.
- Assess and monitor borrowers’ business operations to ensure timely loan payback.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Required Skill or Experience
- Qualifications for this position include an HND in Marketing, a solid first degree in any area, particularly Marketing/Accountancy, and a certificate in Agriculture and Rural
- Development with fieldwork experience.
- Candidate should have completed national service.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle will be an added plus.
- Must be a practising Christian.
