POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE
The ideal applicant for this job will thrive in generating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative selling technique, this individual will find and qualify leads, resulting in sales possibilities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads in the field and beyond!
- Achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with potential clients in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Help to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Providing sales presentations to a variety of prospective clients.
- Aligning sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- Understanding and promoting the company’s programs.
- Visiting current and prospective clients to assess requirements or market products and services.
- Managing client records.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Provides effective updates on customer relationship management (CRM) using all relevant data
- Sending marketing emails to clients
- Providing the Sales Manager with updates on efforts aimed at meeting targets.
- Investigate possible targets, sectors, and customers.
- Other duties as specified
Qualifications
- Minimum of two to five years of experience in building materials, paints, or construction sales. Experience selling construction or building materials.
- B.Sc. in a related subject (minimum)
- Ghanaian or any nationality (living in Ghana for at least 5 years)
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
