Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads to enhance sales.
- Develop relationships with our clientele in order to increase revenue.
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to determine their needs and desires in a property, and then present properties that fulfill those requirements.
- Attract potential customers to market a new business.
- Helping clients make sound property purchasing decisions.
- Cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations are used to find clients who require consulting services.
- Analyzing market trends and demography to determine the most popular and profitable locations.
- Consulting with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of all properties for sale.
- Developing techniques to raise the value of homes for clients who want to sell.
- Negotiating with real estate brokers on behalf of clients.
- Communicating with legal counsel to establish sale and lease agreements.
Qualifications
- State real estate license.
- Proven experience with property management or real estate.
- Solid understanding of real estate legislation.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent analytic skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
